ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
The principals at Cedar Hill Estate Development will work with you to dream and design your dream home. The first stage of your homebuilding journey is an exciting and creative one. As we will tap into your creative side. (i.e. make sure we stick to your budget)
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Once we’ve designed your home together, our team pushes your plans through the County, HOA approvals and city permit processes. In the process we will create a preliminary construction schedule for your home, guide you through the material selections process, and continue to refine the budget with each new selection.
CONSTRUCTION
This phase we will “break-ground.” Our team will alert our vendors and continue to update you on the construction schedule. We will continue to provide organized and accurate budget monitoring, selection coordination, and overall progress reports.
MOVE-IN
Here is when we hand over the keys. You and your love ones can start making memories together. Following a third-party final inspection and a walk-through with our team, you will move-in to your new home. Any punch list items will be handled efficiently and effectively by your construction manager and project manager.
