CEDAR HILL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS:
Prior to anything else, Cedar Hill Estate Development places a high priority on establishing full and honest communication with each and every one of our clients. In order to provide you with a home you will like, we need to know exactly what your needs and wants are. We also think that keeping the homeowner informed about the construction phase and the future planning schedule is crucial.
To help clarify our build process, we have produced a simple guide that is provided below:
-Make a list of your wants and needs. As many pictures that will serve as a visual representation of how your custom home should appear and feel should be collected as you can.
-The Gathering Bring our thoughts together and let's discuss your proposal in greater detail. Let us ask you questions and hear your opinions firsthand. A few lively discussions regarding house construction might help bring to the surface concepts you might not have known existed.
LAND
-If you own land, we will visit your property to assess it and gain a sense of your alternatives for home plan and lot preparation.
-Now would be a good time to let us come out and do a lot evaluation if you don't yet have property but have a few lots in mind. Here, we can also calculate the "Cost" of construction to see whether these lots are within our budget.
THE FINANCE
-In order to select the construction financing program that works best for you, you will here contact a few bankers. If necessary, we can also recommend a few excellent people.
CONTRACT
-We are now prepared to proceed with a builder services agreement, allowing us to start working on your project. Here, we will build your final budget, like permits (if necessary) and develop your plans.
-Now that everything is set up and accepted, we'll enter into a fixed-price agreement that will enable us to continue working on your custom house project.
CHOICES:
- Now that the building portion of your project has begun, it's time to choose your designs. Here, you will meet with one of our design expert and put the finishing touches on the house's distinctive character.
BUILDING:
-In this stage, the house will start to take shape visually. To keep you updated on the construction of your home, we will have periodic progress meetings along the road.
MOVE IN:
-You may now close on your brand-new Cedar Hill Estate Development after a final walkthrough. Congratulations!
